IN SPANISH: This 27-page booklet for youth provides a range of prompts and activities teens can use to learn to express themselves through writing and creativity as a tool to process their emotions. Though the journal aims to support general mental health, the You Can and Choose You series from the Washington Department of Health have a focus on cannabis and vaping prevention for teens.
Exercises in the journal include things like writing a self-compassion letter to yourself, mindful journaling, self-care affirmations, creating a playlist of favorite feel-good songs, and more. (Version 1.0)
