When you place an order on our website, we collect information necessary to process and fulfill your order, including:

- Shipping address

- Order details (items ordered, quantities)
This information is stored securely in our website’s database as part of your order record and is retained per the University of Washington’s records retention policies.
We use cookies and temporary session storage to maintain your shopping cart and remember your contact information during your visit. This information is stored in your browser and is automatically deleted when you close your browser or end your private browser session.
As all items and shipping are free, we do not request or store any payment information.
Your contact information will not be shared with anyone other than ADAI Clearinghouse staff. We will not use the information to market any other services to you; however, we may periodically send you an anonymous customer service evaluation survey.
