Stickers feature supportive wellness and self-care messaging for youth, like “hydrate hydrate hydrate,” “feeling my feelings,” “take up space,” and “change the world.” The purpose of the You Can and Choose You campaign materials is to help youth better manage their stress and anxiety before they turn to substance use.
