This double-sided easy-to-read handout provides information for people who have just survived an overdose on what steps to take next for their health and safety.

It provides suggestions for what to do “in the next few hours” and “in the next few days,” and also notes that treatment with methadone or buprenorphine can reduce your chance of dying by 50%. The card ends with information about Washington State resources for buprenorphine and other treatment and recovery supports.
