2018 Recovery Month Toolkit Is Available for Download
Every September, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) sponsors Recovery Month to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders and celebrate people who recover. The theme for the 2018 Recovery Month is Join the Voices for Recovery: Invest in Health, Home,
Purpose, and Community.
The 2018 Recovery Month Toolkit and other materials are now available to view and download from the Recovery Month website. Communities across the country use these materials to organize events, issue proclamations, increase public awareness, and encourage individuals in need of services and their friends and families to seek help.
Do you need materials for your event? Feel free to visit the ADAI Clearinghouse.
Do you have an event you want promoted? Please email jvelotta@uw.edu with the information you want posted.
